Return Policy

 

Need to make a return? Just email us at info@brooksbridges.com to let us know within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in original condition, unused and unwashed, with all original packaging and placed in a shipping box. We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. All sale items are FINAL SALE.

Pick-ups are not included in this service. Any duties paid are nonrefundable. We require that all returns be mailed with tracking, and they must arrive within 10 days of initiating the return process. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we’ll process your refund to the original form of payment within 10 to 12 business days. All sales taxes will be refunded, however original shipping charges are nonrefundable. You will receive an email notification when your order has been refunded. Brooks and Bridges cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Easy Returns

We are pleased to offer easy returns to customers in North America. We will provide you with a prepaid return label once you initiate your return. This label will be charged at a flat rate of $15 and will be removed from your refund amount.

All other customers will be responsible for shipping costs to return the product to our warehouse

Exchanges

We’re unable to process exchanges at this time. If you’d like a new style or color, you may return the original item and then place a new order. If you need assistance, please contact us at info@brooksbridges.com.
